Different cell and tissue types are associated with different response to autoimmunity and inflammation. Inflammation is a response to an immune signaling system promoting awareness for appropriate reaction. We suggest that migraine headaches mechanism and process is a neurovascular dynamic. Vaso-constriction but not vasodilation in the property of peripheral sensory nerves is the initiator of the signaling of neurotoxins synthesis. The regulation of this process is translated by incredible DNA encoding in the autonomous nerve system. A reactive response to potentially destructive vasoconstriction and hypoxia is vasodilation through upregulating break signals and spillover of the Calcium Gene Receptor Peptides in the properties of the CNS, peripheral ganglia, and peripheral nerves. The brain per se does not carry pain receptors. We understand that repetitive signaling for chronic migraine headaches is related to disbalance in the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve system interrupting their equilibrium. Glucocorticoids also suppress expression of inflammatory genes encoding T cell growth factors such as IL-2, IL-4, IL-15, and IL-17 as well as interferon-γ (IFN-γ). In addition, glucocorticoids reduce expression of genes encoding COX-2, inducible nitric oxide synthase and intracellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), which are normally induced by the cytokines IL-1β, and TNF-α. Glucocorticoids increase expression of genes encoding anti-inflammatory molecules, such as the cytokine IL-10 and the IL-1 type 2 decoy receptor. (11) *.
